14 KARAT GOLD:
All real gold compounds, no gold fillers and no gold plating. Shafts and beads are made with 100% real 14K white or yellow gold. The beads are made with 14K gold as well. We don’t sell hollow beads.
PALLADIUM BASED WHITE GOLD:
Completely FREE of nickel, cadmium, lead, bismuth, mercury, and other toxic or radioactive metals.

All threaded ends, tops, and threaded bottoms are made with 14k gold threading. Every section of these pieces are made with all 14k gold material, there are NO substitutes and NO other materials that are used to create our body jewelry pieces.

Products ordered after 4:00 PM PST will be shipped within 3 days, depending on the size of an order. Customized products will be shipped out in accordance to the discussed agreement. If the order is placed on a holiday or weekend, we will ship in 2 business days. Our free shipping promotion may incur additional fees in some areas. You will be informed prior to the drop off of shipment. You will be allowed the opportunity to cancel before your order is shipped.
BEFORE IT SHIPS:
You have the option to cancel your order at any time BEFORE IT SHIPS. We usually ship out orders within 2-7 days, depending on the order size. You will be responsible for all credit card fees which may be incurred due to the cancellation of an order.
AFTER IT SHIPS:
Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance. Please insure the return for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached HINDGED. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from HINDGED from the moment you make your purchase to the moment you wear it on your body. That’s why we have a 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee on all jewelry that you purchase. (Original receipt or invoice is required).
We will repair or replace at our discretion, free of charge, any amethyst, blue topaz, citrine, cubic zirconia, emerald, garnet, onyx, peridot, ruby, and sapphire covered by the 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear through no fault of your own. All necessary repairs must be completed by our trained professionals.
The 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear and does not cover damages, such as chipped or cracked stones, scratches, dents or bending, as a result of or due to customer neglect. The 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee does not extend to jewelry and/or jewelry settings that have been altered in any way from the original design.
For six months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your amethyst, blue topaz, citrine, cubic zirconia, emerald, garnet, onyx, peridot, ruby, and sapphire against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting free of charge if any defects are found during this period.
